What types of equipment do you sell?

We specialize in used laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, HPLCs, liquid handlers, and more. Each item is inspected and tested before sale.

What is the condition of the equipment you sell?

Our equipment is classified into four categories: Excellent, Good, Fair, and As Is. Items in Excellent and Good condition come with a 30-day warranty, while Fair and As-Is items are sold without warranties. See the Policy section for more details

Do you provide software or licenses with the equipment?

Occasionally, equipment may include original software or licenses. However, these are provided for testing purposes only. Buyers must ensure compliance with the original manufacturer’s End-User License Agreement (EULA). See our Policies for more details.

Can I request additional testing or documentation?

Yes, if you require additional testing, calibration reports, or maintenance records, please contact us before purchasing. Additional charges may apply.

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

Ubiotools offers flexible shipping options. You can select your preferred carrier or allow us to handle shipping on your behalf. Shipping fees are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship equipment abroad under our FOB Origin (Freight on Board) policy. However, all warranties are voided for international shipments. See our Policies for complete details.

How are fragile or large items shipped?

Large or fragile items are carefully packaged and may be shipped via freight services or specialty carriers. Buyers can request insurance for added protection.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Items sold in Excellent and Good condition with a 30-day warranty can be returned if they are non-functional or damaged upon arrival. See our Policies for details.

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including proper packaging. If damage occurs during the return shipment, the buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Can I return an item sold "As Is" or "Fair"?

No, items sold in "As Is" or "Fair" condition are final sale and not eligible for return.
