The LiCor Odyssey FC Imaging System allows users to capture clear images and see in additional channels, with near-infrared and enhanced chemiluminescent capabilities. Users can use this flexible imager to document DNA Gels, detect multiple targets using a two-channel multiplex fluorescence, and image ECL and NIR all from the same instrument.
This Licor Western Blot System is optimized for applications in Near-Infrared Fluorescence and Chemiluminescence Western Blots and protein arrays, nucleic acid documentation, and coomassie protein gel documentation.The Odyssey FC uses the patented FieldBrite optics system, capturing a single, highly accurate image, to give you consistent results. The images are so clear and uniform, with low backgrounds, they use binning, don’t need image correction, or post-capture manipulation, giving you excellent reliability.
The results captured by the Licor imager are more reliable than others, with 6 logs of linear dynamic range (22bit) , and NIR signals that aren’t affected by timing. The Licor Odyssey FC uses image studio software to simplify image capture and helps organize data with a simple easy to use interface.
