The V-622 is a high-performance rotary stage equipped with frictionless electromagnetic torque motors and precision ball bearings. The V-62x family comes with table diameters from 85 to 200 mm and features a clear aperture ranging from 15 to 105 mm. Maximum angular velocity is 20 revolutions per second or 7200 deg/sec. They were built for applications in the optics and photonics, sample inspection, metrology, semiconductor testing and inspection, industrial automation, measuring technology, precision micro-assembly, and biotechnology sectors.
The V-731 was developed for precision industrial automation and inspection applications. The XY stage family has direct drive linear motors with cross roller guides and cage anti-creep system. on a rigid aluminium-alloy body and two optical limit switches on each axis.
