 The iCycler thermal cycling instrument provides the optimum performance for PCR and other thermal cycling techniques.The iCycler incorporates a peltier driven heating and cooling system for superb thermal performance characteristics. See the Specifications section at the end of this manual for detailed information regarding the rates of heating and cooling, accuracy and uniformity of the thermal sample reaction module. Rigorous testing of thermal block temperature accuracy, uniformity, consistency and heating/cooling rates was conducted to insure reliable and reproducible experimental results.

Observations:
The Thermocycler was tested and passed all the checkpoints. From time to time needs to slightly move the reaction module, when initiating the thermocycler, adjusts the contacts. A rubber foot cannot be screwed. It can be fixed with glue.
